## Description

CSI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to serve as a full-stack development SME on a federal client's AI Support Services program. This role designs, builds, and sustains production-grade applications using modern full-stack architectures (PERN) and Infrastructure-as-Code, while applying Agile/Scrum practices and supporting the software development lifecycle end-to-end., * Provide extensive software development, scripting, and project-level technical leadership.

 * Apply Scrum/Agile development methodologies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
 * Design and implement applications using full-stack approaches such as PERN (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js).
 * Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform) to manage environments.
 * Manage CI/CD pipelines and Git-based code management.
 * Integrate observability tooling into software engineering efforts.
 * Direct system installations and upgrades.
 * Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, mapping systems flow/data usage/work processes, and investigating problem areas.
 * Determine system specifications and requirements; improve system performance through systems analysis and recommend policy/procedure changes.
 * Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with in-depth knowledge of relational databases.
 * Report on development and service issues by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
