## Description

This role will focus on building reusable data queries, scripts, and Databricks notebooks that allow teams to analyze customer interactions, model performance, engagement, and business outcomes., * Develop SQL, Python, and PySpark queries and scripts to analyze customer and interaction data.

 * Build reusable Databricks notebooks for broader analytics teams.
 * Replicate Pega CDH customer contextual data in external analytics environments.
 * Standardize data retrieval and analysis processes across the team.
 * Map customer interactions to business outcomes such as account openings and engagement.
 * Analyze model and predictor performance.
 * Connect member profile data to customer interactions for deeper analysis.
 * Perform distribution, arbitration, and channel engagement analysis.
 * Establish baseline KPIs for new modeling capabilities.
 * Develop back-testing and monitoring approaches for model changes.
 * Monitor model performance and identify potential performance issues.
 * Analyze propensity scores and identify abnormal or low-performing results.
 * Evaluate whether actions and recommendations are achieving intended business objectives.
 * Monitor eligible audiences for different actions and treatments.
 * Develop reporting and monitoring that can be easily shared with business and analytics leadership.
 * Perform other duties as assigned
