+ Strong Python engineering background with production application experience
 + Hands on experience building or deploying ML or GenAI systems
 + Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to production
 + Ability to work cross functionally and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly
 + Comfortable operating in structured, high expectation environments
Plusses

 + Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
 + Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
 + Exposure to RAG architectures, vector databases, or fine tuning pipelines

Full stack ML and GenAI applications and workflows that directly impact how the organization operates. You will work within a focused engineering team, taking ownership of technical delivery from design through deployment.
