We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead for a leading Telecom client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC)., * 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.

 * Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
 * Salesforce Technical Lead experience in enterprise implementations.
 * Telecom domain experience is highly preferred.
 * Salesforce certifications are a plus.

## Description

* Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
 * Develop and review high-quality code using LWC, Apex, Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
 * Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
 * Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.
