 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.\n
 * Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.\n
 * 8+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design and automation for tooling and test systems.\n
 * 2+ years of direct supervision experience, preferably supervising engineers.\n
 * Proven leadership in technical development and process improvement.\n
 * Experience with CAD tools for electrical design (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).\n
 * Willingness to travel globally up to 10% of the time.\n, n

 * Strong understanding of electrical standards, safety codes, and instrumentation.\n
 * Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controllers for automated test and tooling systems is a plus.\n
 * Familiarity with LabVIEW, Python, or other scripting languages for test automation.\n
