## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment
 * Experience supporting cybersecurity, software engineering, or technology delivery teams
 * Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority
 * A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
 * Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM preferred, * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
 * Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
 * Strong Excel analytical skills for data, metrics, and reporting
 * Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity and workflow
 * Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools

Other Skills:

 * Coding skills in one or more languages or scripting environments
 * Additional Agile-related certifications
 * Experience building presentations and executive-ready status reporting

## Description

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
 * Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement
 * Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning
 * Identify, track, and help remove impediments that affect team performance and delivery
 * Use Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to support analysis, automation, reporting, and decision-making
 * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics for stakeholders
 * Collaborate with technical teams on implementation, dependencies, and delivery risks
 * Support Agile transformation efforts through training, coaching, and practical guidance
 * Bridge communication between business, product, and technical stakeholders
