This role will be responsible for defining scalable and future-ready Revenue Cloud solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and Salesforce best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, subscription-based business models, and enterprise integrations. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to deliver innovative revenue transformation solutions. Your Role * Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) implementations. * Define scalable, extensible, and secure Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solution architectures. * Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and implementation roadmaps. * Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices across the program. * Design and implement end-to-end processes including:Product Catalog Management,Product Configuration and Pricing,Salesforce CPQ,Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM),Subscription Management,Renewals and Amendments & Billing and Revenue Management * Define enterprise integration strategies between Salesforce and external applications such as ERP, Finance, Tax, and other business systems. * Design and oversee API-based integration architectures and data exchange patterns. * Lead architecture workshops, solution reviews, and technical design sessions. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, administration, and integration teams. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution teams, and executive leadership.
