This role combines 24x7 operational support for lottery and iLottery environments with responsibility for infrastructure, network, data center, facilities, remote-site technology, and end-user support across Georgia operations. There is 30% travel to Claims Centers throughout GA, Pick & Pack Warehouse in Duluth, GA and Depot in Austell, GA. Travel mileage is reimbursed.
