Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead and develop teams responsible for: * QMS compliance & certification * QA Support (tooling control and nonconforming material) * Execute and sustain QMS in alignment with AS9100, FAA, and company requirements * Lead internal surveillance audits and ensure closure of corrective/preventive actions * Oversee nonconforming material management, including containment and resolution * Ensure effective quality notification triage and closure * Support configuration management processes to ensure product integrity and traceability * Drive process improvement initiatives based on audit findings and performance data * Establish and monitor quality metrics; provide reporting to senior leadership * Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and engineering To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
