The role offers great scope to learn new technologies and provides the opportunity to work with renowned organizations and get involved in business improvement initiatives. Compensation range: €45,000.00 To €60,000.00 Annually The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors. What you will be doing: * Provide pragmatic technical guidance to the development team, ensuring that the code developed is high quality and technical risks are estimated. * Work closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to remove ambiguity from requirements and with the Technical Architect, if applicable, to ensure alignment with high-level designs. * Monitor and shape the day-to-day progression of development, troubleshoot, provide guidance, coding (20% to 60% of the time) as well as ensuring documentation is created for functionality developed by the team. * Own the automated software deployment process and seeks methods to evolve it and influence and provide technical guidance to other members of the team, inspiring them through technical excellence.
