This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for an engineer who's great at faithfully implementing a UI/UX designer's vision, turning Figma files and Claude-generated design templates into clean, production-grade front-end code, while also being a capable, reliable contributor on the C# services that support the UI. You'll help define a new product from day one and see AI-assisted development, particularly with Claude, as core to how modern software is built rather than a novelty bolted on afterward. You'll work directly with Claude (via Claude Code, the API, and related tooling) as a force multiplier across the SDLC: scaffolding components from design files, writing and reviewing code on both the front end and the C# backend, generating tests, and accelerating implementation. This role is about precise, high-quality execution of designs, genuine full-stack contribution, and shipping a reliable, delightful product fast, not people management.
