You will report directly to the Senior Director of PMM Operations and will partner tightly with product marketing, product management, marketing, field enablement and sellers., * Define, execute, optimize the competitive intelligence program through feedback and engagement with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the field. * Equip sales team with key positioning and messaging - via battlecards, bulletins, internal training and enablement - to successfully navigate competitor activity as part of the sales process * Uncover competitive differentiation and have thorough knowledge of Win/Loss and competitor capabilities and claims * Monitor and assess competitor activity and report back to stakeholders and/or field in a timely manner * Train field teams regularly on latest competitor intelligence and strategies to win * Work with product and PMM team to articulate messaging, and approaches for GTM success * Provide independent view of win/loss via external interview program and reports back to Product, PMM and Marketing leadership * Speed and improve research and content delivery with AI and automation tools, Our values (https://careers.pagerduty.com/#values) guide how we support customers, collaborate with colleagues, develop products, and foster a culture of belonging.
