The role is responsible for leading ultra-light and light migrations, whilst providing support for the wider PMO team on larger program migrations and other agreed projects. The role plays an important part of the PMO organization within GBS structure, including driving new ways of working, improved business value and centralizing activities into our centers. The role will also have responsibility for supporting, providing analysis through implementation and delivery of standard ways of working in line with the principles of Global Business Services (GBS). This role reports to the Sr. Manager - GBS Projects & Program Lead. What You'll Be Brewing: * Tracking Migration and Project Performance and Adherence - Highlighting through reporting the performance levels of key indicators and outputs of core processes and performance. Identifying areas of improvement and the point of process breakdown. Working with key stakeholders to improve and add beneficial change. * Leading ultra-light and light migrations in line with the migration methodology. Ensure projects are delivered as per agreement and sign off by leadership and customer stakeholders. (*Ownership of its own projects). Projects are throughout all business functions on a Global basis. Provides the project management expertise required to execute projects complying with the GBS migration playbooks. This includes reviewing alternate migration opportunities; recommending alternative courses of action, determining the resource requirements to successfully execute the approved solution within budget and schedule requirements. * CI: Provide input and expertise to Tower Leads, Business Process Managers and Owners on the production of training materials, process adherence, communications and process education.
