Accountable for ensuring continuity of computer, network, and application services for users throughout the organization and customers' external to the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project management. * Provide strategic direction for all FA1 operations and transformation initiatives. * Own automation roadmap and lead adoption of IaC, RPA, orchestration, and AIOps. * Manage vendor relationships (AWS, Azure, VMware, Microsoft, Oracle). * Coordinate with FA2, FA3, FA4 leads for integrated service delivery. * Present at monthly PMRs, quarterly leadership briefs. * Manage risk register and escalate critical issues. * Oversee 24x7 operations and on-call rotation management. * Drive year-over-year efficiency improvements and cost reduction., Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
