This role will oversee the successful delivery of a cross-functional analytics transformation program involving data engineering, AI, analytics, contract intelligence, and enterprise system integrations. The Program Manager will lead planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and change management while ensuring delivery of scalable analytics capabilities that support Legal, Sales, Product Delivery, Market Planning, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation teams., Program Leadership * Lead end-to-end delivery of the Schedule A Analytics Program. * Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. * Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and decision logs. * Establish governance processes, executive reporting, and steering committee communications. * Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, analytics, business, legal, and operations teams. * Ensure program deliverables align with strategic business objectives. Stakeholder Management * Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors. * Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and stakeholder workshops. * Drive alignment across cross-functional teams with competing priorities. * Gather, prioritize, and manage business requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
