Other languages a plus. * Ability and drive to work within a Team environment * Personal motivation to excel within the role * IS/IT asset management experience * Software acquisition skills * Excellent communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Access * Conceptual knowledge of Information Services/Technology * Knowledge in Servicenow a plus, * Change Agent: Introduce new ideas and processes that improve performance and productivity of the team. ## Description Backoffice Services - Hardware and Software Acquisition Analyst Hardware Acquisitions and Software License Management within the Backoffice Services branch of the GIS Infrastructure team that provides customer facing management of client/server hardware acquisition, life cycle software management, process improvement, data analysis and research, vendor interaction, and customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. Major Activities/Key Challenges: * Work alone or as part of a team to procure hardware and/or software licenses for internal customers that meet the needs of the customer.
