Experteer Overview As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will build the next generation of our platform, working independently and with teams to deliver quality software and lead features. You will mentor teammates, help improve processes, and collaborates with architects to shape technical designs. You'll prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. This role offers influence on coding standards, product lines, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable software delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into quality software across the development lifecycle * Evaluate feasibility and maintainability of proposed solutions and approaches * Lead tasks independently, delivering efficiently and to a high standard * Collaborate with architects on technical designs and ensure alignment with specifications * Provide guidance through code reviews and mentoring other team members

 * Propose improvements to coding standards and development procedures * Work well within and beyond the scrum team to meet team goals * Identify and report blockers impacting productivity or stability of the product * Perform other related duties as assigned Tasks * Proficient in C# and .NET development * Experience with Microsoft SQL * Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular * Experience designing and integrating APIs * High Availability techniques in database or software environments * Experience with Azure cloud services * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines * Willingness to learn new technologies * Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience * 5+ years as a Software Engineer Key requirements *
