Preferred Skills * Additional Epic certifications such as Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, Claims, Contract Management, Charge Router, Reporting Workbench, or Clarity Data Model. * Experience supporting multiple hospitals or health systems. * Background in facility billing, inpatient billing, outpatient billing, and revenue integrity processes. * Familiarity with CMS-1500 and UB-04 billing requirements, payer rules, and reimbursement concepts. * Experience leading implementations, workflow redesigns, or optimization projects. * Ability to facilitate meetings, guide testing efforts, and support documentation and training materials. * Comfort working in a collaborative environment that values inclusion, respect, and diverse perspectives. ## Description We are seeking experienced Epic analysts to support a dynamic healthcare technology environment focused on revenue cycle operations, workflow optimization, and system enhancements. This contract opportunity offers the chance to partner with operational teams, contribute to meaningful improvements, and support critical billing and access processes in a fast-paced setting.
