## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Ford Racing Off-Road Motorsports programs, driving cycle plans from concept to race-ready execution. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to build and validate race vehicles for Ultra 4 and Rebelle Rally, while overseeing suppliers and trackside operations. You'll apply data-driven insights to improve speed, durability, and reliability, and you'll transfer racing tech to future production programs. This position combines hands-on engineering with program leadership in a fast-paced motorsport environment. Join Ford to shape high-performance off-road tech and contribute to a broader mobility mission.
