The Development Manager is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of technical execution, delivery management, and people development. This role owns how great solutions get built, by whom, and at what quality - while Product Managers own what gets built and why. You will spend the majority of your time leading people, managing delivery across our development organization, making sound architectural judgments, and engaging in development and support activities yourself when the situation requires it. If you are energized by building high-performing teams, bringing delivery discipline to complex programs, and staying technically sharp while doing it - this role was designed for you.
