## About the Role

* or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
 * Salesforce Administrator certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Admin and Admin II
 * Understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment management with strong proficiency in Flow.
 * Understanding of tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
 * Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.

## Description

* Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
 * Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and releases using Copado and Github.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to deployments, mergers, and environment synchronization.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support.
 * Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities.
 * Manage users, set up and maintain profiles, permission sets, and roles, and control security access levels.
 * Maintain Salesforce org security by monitoring potential security risks through the AppOmni service and working with the development team as needed to mitigate any findings
 * Develop process automation through Salesforce flow
 * Design custom reports and visual dashboards for clients and/or management.
