What sets you apart: * 1+ years' experience supporting meetings, webinars, town halls, and live events, including event planning, configuration, troubleshooting, and post-event reporting. * 1+ years' experience supporting conference room technologies, audiovisual (AV) equipment, collaboration devices, and meeting room integrations. * Experience configuring conferencing hardware from vendors such as Logitech, Poly, and Crestron. * Experience managing Teams policies, messaging policies, meeting policies, calling policies, app permission policies, and external collaboration settings using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, PowerShell, and related Microsoft tools. * Experience developing automation using Microsoft Graph API. * Experience supporting executive-level meetings, large-scale virtual events, and enterprise communications. * Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and dependencies including CoPilot, Purview, Defender, and Exchange. ## Description Responsible for creating, modifying, maintaining and supporting infrastructure and individual and integrated system components and solutions that enable business functions and IT Services. Balance availability, security, efficiency and functional requirements to help provide an optimized production service. Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensure these risks are effectively identified and escalated to be measured, monitored and controlled., * Under limited supervision, designs scalable IT system infrastructure, implements system changes with consistency and autonomy, and automates service delivery and maintenance tasks; builds monitoring and tooling for systems. * Independently, resolves complex technology production issues by troubleshooting IT systems.
