Preferred Qualifications: * Masters degree in electrical engineering. * Experience in technical training development and presentation. * Experience in direct customer service and support. * Experience in working withhigh speedsignals such as USB, PCIe, Ethernet, etc. * Experience in directly designing electrical circuits/system design/reference designs. * Experience withsoftware basedPCB design. * Experience with programming in embedded assembly and Python languages * Experience in working with Lab equipment like function generators, power supplies and oscilloscopes. * Experience in working with hardware and Microcontroller based designs * Experience in trouble shooting hardware and software issues Travel Time: 0% - 25% ## Description Microchip is seeking a Senior Applications Engineerto join the USB and Networking business unit (UNG).
