This role is a valuable team member who monitors alarm trends and potential risks. From the remote AP Operations Center this employee also supports assigned activities within other programs across the Asset Protection organization., * Monitor computer terminal(s) for third party access, security, intrusion, and any building alarms. Maintain a daily log of events during assigned shift and escalate to appropriate partners as needed. * Monitor critical incidents in real-time and response to emergency situations including in-progress acts of violence, crisis, and any other incidents posing hazard to lives and property. Utilize appropriate escalation approaches and follow established best practices * Collect documentation for security incidents including reviewing and saving CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) video and completion of appropriate written documentation. * Remotely supports access control environments including security cameras, burglar alarm, access control (including credential administration), and key/core hardware administration.
