What We're Looking For
Required

 * 0-3 years of experience in software engineering, coding, or development.
 * Experience with or interest in full-stack development (frontend, backend, database).
 * Hands-on with AI-based coding systems such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.
 * Solid understanding of at least one programming language (C#, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
 * A passion for learning new technologies, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
 * Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

 * Exposure to C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, Next.js, or other related technologies.
 * Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and version control systems like Git.
