## About the Role

Our client in the Fasion and Retail space is looking for a CRM Specialist to help create and deliver customer communications that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention. You'll manage day-to-day CRM campaigns across email, SMS, mobile app, and direct mail while working with teams across the business. This is a great role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment., * Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, marketing, e-commerce, project management, or a similar role.

 * Experience working with cross-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
 * Experience with CRM platforms such as Oracle ORCE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
 * Familiarity with JIRA or Asana.
 * Experience with loyalty programs and customer segmentation.
 * PMP certification is a plus.
 * Strong organizational and project management skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

## Description

This is a 3-month temp role starting ASAP in Los Angeles.
Pay: $33/hr

What You'll Do

 * Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, mobile app, and direct mail.
 * Manage campaign calendars, customer journeys, and campaign documentation.
 * Partner with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Business Intelligence teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.
 * Build and launch SMS and in-app campaigns.
 * Support lifecycle marketing campaigns, including promotional and automated/triggered communications.
 * Monitor campaign results and support testing, reporting, and optimization.
 * Help manage customer segments and loyalty program communications.
 * Research competitors and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
