 * 8+ years of experience COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, ChangeMan, File Aid/File Manager, DFSORT, Syncsort and Easytrieve
 * Develop high performing, scaling and innovative end-to-end applications
 * Must have offshore team management experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

 * Experience in migration from legacy to distributed systems.
 * Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices and Testing Techniques
 * Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
 * Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
 * Experience on working with API through middleware.
 * Working independently and taking ownership on business requirements.
 * Collaborating with other technical partners and Product Owners.
 * Strong technical and Analytical capabilities.
