App deployment, patch management, endpoint policies. * Experience working with IT ticketing systems (e.g. Freshservice, ServiceNow, or similar). * Strong communication skills, being able to clearly translate technicisms to stakeholders. * Comfortable working async in a distributed, remote-first environment. Nice-to-have * Experience with Nerdio. * Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform) and Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines) * Familiarity with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender for Cloud. * Hands-on experience using AI tools in a technical context. * Relevant certifications (e.g. AZ-104, AZ-140, or similar). ## Description Sterlington is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help strengthen and modernize our cloud and infrastructure environment across a growing, remote-first law firm. You will help ensure our systems are reliable, well-documented, and built for scale, bringing a proactive, hands-on approach to infrastructure, automation, and emerging technologies.
