## About the Role

* Minimum 10 years of Agile team experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master
 * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)
 * Active Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification required
 * Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices
 * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in classified environments
 * Excellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
 * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
 * Understanding of DevSecOps practices
 * Active TS/SCI clearance
 * Must be U.S. citizen

## Description

Nightwing is seeking a Scrum Master that serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, facilitating SAFe implementation and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon processes. This position removes impediments, fosters high-performing team dynamics, and drives continuous improvement. The Scrum Master educates the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, and SAFe practices while supporting the team's self-organization and goal achievement., * Facilitate all team-level SAFe ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)

 * Coach team members in Agile and SAFe practices
 * Identify and remove impediments to team progress
 * Foster environment for continuous flow and relentless improvement
 * Support Product Owner in backlog management and refinement
 * Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
 * Escalate unresolved impediments through appropriate channels
 * Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution
 * Participate in Scrum Master communities of practice
 * Support Program-level events and coordination
