Identity Experience + Experience working with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or related security technologies + Familiarity with identity concepts such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management + Exposure to identity platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID + Understanding of enterprise environments that include directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure + Ability to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, authentication flows, or directory services + Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Postman or similar + Comfortable working with command-line tools and basic scripting when troubleshooting integrations or testing APIs + Exposure to major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Communication and Collaboration + Ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences + Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders + Able to connect technology capabilities to real customer challenges + Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support teammates Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP or equivalent experience + Ability to travel up to 30% ## Description Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant to support our Identity Security initiatives across the Central U.S. region, with a focus on Workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). You will work with both technical and business stakeholders to understand identity challenges, demonstrate Palo Alto Networks solutions, and support the design of practical identity architectures.
