## About the Role

* Ability to work up to 5 days per week at SPA's Maritime Plaza office.
 * U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance while employed with SPA.
 * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
 * 2-5 years of professional experience in a systems engineering position.
 * Experience with tools including Cameo, Teamwork Cloud, and IBM DOORS.
 * Proficiency in workflow management tools including Confluence and Jira.

Desired Qualifications:

 * Experience supporting Strategic Systems Programs.
 * Experience working with DoD acquisition programs.
 * Experience presenting to and communicating with senior leadership.

## Description

The Systems Engineer will provide technical and programmatic systems engineering support including architecture development, requirements development and maintenance, and support to Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR). The Systems Engineer will provide support to SPA leadership and the government team by providing technical assistance, preparing artifacts and presentations, and participating in client engagements. The Systems Engineer will collaborate with other engineers, program analysts, technical leads, subcontractors, and customers to ensure program objectives are met on schedule and within budget.
