What you'll do * Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and program management process. * Share program/project process frameworks, tools and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization. * Help manage cross-functional strategic planning and business planning processes, lead conversations with key stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives and develop them into detailed program/project plans. * Improve product development and delivery. * Manage complex and large-scale projects across multiple teams, as well as cross-functional initiatives to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources. * Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the upper management and project stakeholders. * Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives.
