Requirements * 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a strong background managing enterprise infrastructure and networks. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Azure, Entra ID, and Windows-based environments. * Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 in a business setting. * Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages used to automate administration and support tasks. * Experience managing endpoint configuration and security controls across desktop and mobile platforms. * Solid understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery practices within mixed cloud and on-premises environments. * Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and related networking technologies is strongly preferred. * Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently while delivering high-quality internal customer support. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset and can serve as a senior escalation point for infrastructure and end-user issues. The role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable systems across cloud and on-premises platforms while partnering with internal teams to improve performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
