## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
 * 5+ years of experience in dashboard or BI testing (Tableau strongly preferred)
 * Intermediate SQL skills (ability to write joins, aggregations, subqueries, data validation queries, and troubleshoot data discrepancies) - required
 * Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
 * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel for test management and documentation
 * Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., Redshift, Oracle, or similar)
 * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Tableau automation testing tools such as Wiisdom
 * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with clinical trials data

## Description

* Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and data validation testing of Tableau dashboards.
 * Use intermediate-level SQL to validate data accuracy, transformations, joins, aggregations, and KPI calculations between source systems and Tableau outputs.
 * Perform end-to-end dashboard testing, including filters, parameters, calculations, drill down behavior, and performance validation.
 * Design and implement automated testing workflows for Tableau dashboards using tools such as Wiisdom, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
 * Document test strategies, test plans, defects, and release progress using JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and other reporting tools.
 * Collaborate with Tableau Engineers and Data Engineers to clarify requirements, identify data issues, and ensure high-quality dashboard releases.
 * Support continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and data validation standards.
