Manages external vendors. Aligns services, service levels, technology, vendor/supplier management, and initiatives with business strategies and needs. Acts as business contact and advocates for delivery of high-quality services. Works with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, Project Management Groups to manage and document portfolio. Responsible for installing, configuring and testing both new applications and legacy systems, which requires understanding of systems integration for applications. Maintains data warehousing. What You Will Do: * IT Application and Systems Administration: Provide support in a mixed Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, focusing on Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain COTS Software. * Compliance and Security: Review and vet software to ensure compliance with Raytheon's cybersecurity standards and legal policies, coordinating with cybersecurity teams for audits. * Vendor and Contract Management: Manage software purchases, licensing, software renewals, and handle vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements. Ensure the protection and confidentiality of proprietary Raytheon information. * Documentation and Monitoring: Develop and maintain documentation of deployed software and the environment. Monitor software performance and usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings. * Implementation and Upgrades: Execute software implementation and upgrades, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption to operations. * 24x7 Operations: Ensure systems are operational 24x7, occasionally requiring work beyond standard hours., Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
