## About the Role

* 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications.
 * 5+ years of experience as full stack developer in Java-based technologies including microservices/REST.
 * 5+ years of experience Cloud Technologies like AWS, Google Cloud Platform or other public cloud services.
 * 3+ years of experience in Agile development practices., * Experience supporting early stage enterprise cloud platforms.
 * Certifications in AWS or other cloud provider.
 * Experience supporting application modernization or cloud migration initiatives., * Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (High School Diploma/GED + 4 years relevant experience).

## Description

As a Staff Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise workloads on cloud platforms. This role focuses on hands on engineering across infrastructure, cloud automation, and operations to ensure cloud environments are secure, scalable, and production ready. As part of the engineer team, you will partner closely with Cloud Enablement, security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver standardized cloud capabilities that support enterprise application modernization and data platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

 * Leverages expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
 * Contributes to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.
 * Provides input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations to ensure that the overall solution meets the desired objectives.
 * Participates in code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
 * Communicates and coordinates with team members to ensure alignment, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.
