* Experience leading software engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.

 * Experience in financial services, healthcare, retail, or other regulated industries.
 * Exposure to AI agents, LLM-powered products, or agent-based development frameworks.

You'll help shape the future of scheduling while driving delivery, mentoring engineers, and modernizing a business-critical platform.
What You'll Do

 * Lead team planning, prioritization, and delivery.
 * Coach and develop engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture.
 * Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
 * Drive the technical direction of the scheduling platform.
 * Modernize and improve enterprise applications without disrupting business operations.
 * Champion AI-assisted development practices across the software development lifecycle.
 * Help deliver intelligent scheduling experiences, including conversational booking and smart recommendations.
 * Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
