* Experience with Active Directory administration, including user, group, and policy management.

 * Practical expertise in backup administration and disaster recovery planning or execution.

 * Familiarity with hybrid infrastructure that combines on-premises virtualization and cloud-based workloads.

## Description

* Manage and support Windows Server workloads across both cloud and on-premises environments to maintain stable and secure operations.

 * Oversee administration of hybrid infrastructure, including virtualized systems and cloud resources, with attention to performance, uptime, and capacity.

 * Monitor servers and infrastructure services, apply patches, and resolve operational issues before they affect business continuity.

 * Lead backup processes and disaster recovery readiness by maintaining recovery procedures, validating restore capabilities, and improving resiliency measures.

 * Administer cloud services and automation tools, including AWS Systems Manager, to streamline maintenance and operational tasks.

 * Support identity and access services related to Active Directory and associated Windows-based infrastructure components.

 * Coordinate scheduled maintenance, after-hours updates, and environment changes required to keep systems current and available.

 * Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to infrastructure alerts and production incidents in a timely manner. Requirements * Hands-on experience administering AWS environments in a production setting.

 * Strong background supporting Microsoft Windows Server systems in enterprise environments.

 * Working knowledge of AWS Systems Manager for patching, automation, or systems administration tasks.
