This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with strong product sense and a deep understanding of the subscription business model. You'll leverage data to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue performance. As part of the Decision Science team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Finance. Your work will focus on analyzing the subscription lifecycle, defining performance metrics, designing experiments, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll also help ensure data quality and support the development of dashboards and tools that guide decision-making across the organization.
