## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field from a recognized university.
 * Minimum 3+ years of experience in related fields: applications support, application administration, IT operations, or related disciplines.
 * Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, applications, and business processes quickly.
 * Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
 * Develop familiarity with responsible AI principles, data governance, and model lifecycle concepts.
 * Proactiveness to identify and ability to drive process improvements to completion and long-term implementation.
 * Bonus: Prior Geoscience oil and gas work experience, SharePoint expertise, and basic python coding/dashboarding skills.

## Description

* General portfolio management application onboarding, evaluation support, and retirement stewardship.
 * Security & Controls stewardship Risk Assessment assistance, Vulnerability Assessment Test assistance, etc.
 * Registering new AI Use Cases.
 * Ardoq information updates and maintenance assistance.
 * SCA for SharePoint sites.
 * Identify, prioritize, and drive optimization opportunities for team efficiency and effectiveness application groups, software onboarding, software evaluation process, etc.
 * License management Including stewarding upgrade activities, dongle management, etc.
 * Upgrade monitoring application group management, application packaging follow-ups, etc.
 * Stewarding, but not approving, software maintenance and invoice information.
 * Disaster Recovery and Disaster Recovery test planning as needed.
