 * Practical experience applying AI/ML tools and techniques in production or enterprise platforms.
 * Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, security, and governance.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills., * Masters or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, * Familiarity with AI/ML platform patterns, MLOps, or model lifecycle management.
 * Exposure to risk, regulatory, finance, or highly governed environments.
 * Cloud, Databricks, or AI-related certifications.
 * Experience working with global or distributed engineering teams

## Description

The VP will be responsible for shaping technology, ensuring engineering excellence, and delivering scalable, secure platforms that support analytics, automation, decision-making, and regulatory or business-critical use cases, * Define data, and AI platform strategy spanning web applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-enabled services.

 * Drive adoption of cloud-native, scalable architectures on AWS, leveraging Databricks as a core data and AI platform.
 * Establish and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices across web, data, and AI domains.
 * Ensure all platforms align with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements
 * Lead design and evolution of web-based applications and services built using Java, Python, and modern web architectures.
 * Oversee development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and UI-driven applications integrated with enterprise data platforms.
 * Provide overall technical leadership for enterprise-scale data engineering solutions.
 * Oversee design and optimization of batch and streaming data pipelines using Databricks (Spark / PySpark) on AWS.
 * Lead the integration of AI/ML tools and techniques into web and data platforms.
 * Enable development of AI-ready datasets, feature engineering pipelines, and model inference capabilities.
