## About the Role

* 1+ year of IT experience preferred; recent college graduates considered
 * Windows OS and basic computing/networking knowledge
 * Strong customer service and communication skills

## Description

Shift: 1st Shift - Flexible start between 7:00-8:00 AM
Work Environment: 60% shop floor / 40% desk work; shop floor is not climate controlled

Safety: Metatarsal safety footwear required on Day 1; occasional lift assistance up to 15-20 ft may be requested.

Job Summary:
Provide onsite IT support across two locations, handling end-user troubleshooting, ServiceNow tickets, computer imaging, printer support, asset management, inventory, equipment maintenance, and basic facilities/IT administrative tasks. Follow established procedures and knowledge-base articles to resolve issues and escalate problems outside standard processes.
