 * Proven experience managing or developing within enterpriseServiceNowenvironments.
 * Deep understanding ofTPSM, SPM, and SOMmodules.
 * Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
 * Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.
 * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed

## Description

* Own and manage theServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
 * Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules includingTPSM, SPM, and SOM.
 * Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
 * Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
 * Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
 * Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
 * Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
 * Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
 * Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
 * Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform.
 * Operationalize business requirements within the platform with along with strategic roadmap planning
