Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance., '- Bachelor's degree in related field. * 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required. * Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. '- Bachelor's degree in athletic training, physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, human performance, or a closely related field. * Professional certification or licensure appropriate to the discipline, such as ATC, PT, CSCS, RD/RDN, or an equivalent credential. * Demonstrated experience supporting human performance, sports medicine, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, or related readiness programs. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating complex service delivery, or advising senior stakeholders in an operational environment. * Strong knowledge of evidence-based injury prevention, rehabilitation, physical training, recovery, readiness, and performance optimization practices. * Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, program management, and government stakeholders. Additional Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements. * Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance. * Must be able to satisfy all contractual and government-designated eligibility requirements applicable to the position. * Must maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in good standing. * Must be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary, mission-focused environment and adapt to changing operational priorities. * Travel or nonstandard work hours may be required based on program and customer needs., * Master's degree or advanced credential in a human performance, rehabilitation, clinical, nutrition, or leadership-related discipline. * Prior experience supporting SOF, military, tactical, federal, or other high-demand operational populations. * Experience supporting POTFF or a similar integrated human performance, readiness, resilience, or force preservation program. * Familiarity with program evaluation, data-informed decision-making, quality assurance, and performance reporting. Please note: For this position Maximus will provide equipment to use. ## Description Maximus is seeking a Physical Domain Lead to provide senior-level oversight, coordination, and technical leadership for the Physical Domain within the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program.
