This position will play a key role in modernization efforts, engineering leadership, organizational development, and technology strategy. The Director will mentor development managers, oversee multiple engineering functions, and partner with executive leadership to deliver scalable software solutions within a fast-growing digital environment., * Lead and mentor software development managers and engineering teams

 * Drive modernization initiatives focused on modular architecture and API-first development
 * Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices
 * Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and Executive Leadership teams
 * Build and maintain high-performing engineering organizations
