## Description

* Develop System SW Release planning for the overall product on an annual basis
 * Lead project planning for connectivity projects; oversee execution and resolve issues
 * Own risk assessments and deliverable tracking for assigned projects; resolve complex issues independently
 * Facilitate design reviews and resolve technical challenges collaboratively
 * Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed
 * Lead risk identification efforts; execute complex mitigation plans
 * Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features
 * Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts
