What Would Be Nice To Have: * Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe PI cadence, runbooks, knowledge-transfer playbooks, federal financial systems, conversion/interface transition, change management, and multi-vendor coordination. ## Description Leads planning and execution of transition activities required to move solutions into operational use. Coordinates stakeholders, schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities. Ensures continuity of operations and alignment between implementation and sustainment activities. Lead transition planning and execution for FMBT conversion and interface workstreams so the incoming team can assume active wave work without negatively affecting go-live dates.
