## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
 * 7+ years of experience in enterprise/business architecture or data architecture roles within banking or financial services.
 * Deep understanding of core banking functions: deposits, lending, payments, cards, party/customer management, and risk.
 * Proven experience applying standardized banking reference models or service-oriented architecture principles in a large financial institution.
 * Hands-on experience designing canonical/harmonized data models and managing source-to-target mapping across multiple core systems.
 * Strong understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and modular system design.
 * Experience with business process modeling and capability mapping (e.g., using BPMN, UML, or ArchiMate).
 * Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
 * Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner, ER/Studio) and data integration/ETL concepts.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business, data, and technical conversations.
