 * Experience troubleshooting application, performance, and integration issues
 * Experience working with business, development, and infrastructure teams
 * Experience participating in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance
 * Experience maintaining incident and resolution documentation

Additional Skills

 * Ability to proactively identify and resolve recurring issues
 * Experience monitoring system logs, user activity, and error trends
 * Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills
 * Ability to support maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
 * Ability to implement preventive measures following root cause analysis

## Description

Provide support for the 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR-compliant environment. Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules while ensuring data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies. Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests. Support system maintenance, documentation, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
