The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and as part of a field team and is willing to travel between project locations as required., * High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in networking, telecommunications, electronics, or a related field preferred. * At least 2 years of experience in networking, telecommunications, structured cabling, or a related technical field preferred. * Working knowledge of Ethernet networks, TCP/IP, switching, wireless networking, and structured cabling. * Ability to use common network and cable testing equipment. * Ability to troubleshoot technical problems systematically and document findings. * Ability to work in construction environments, telecommunications rooms, outdoor locations, and active commercial or industrial facilities. * Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and appropriate personal protective equipment. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. * Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other trades. * English and Spanish proficiency is preferred, particularly for positions supporting projects across Puerto Rico and the USVI.
